I have been working at U-Haul part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The job itself is easy, the hours are comfortable, not a stressful environment

    Cons

Not clear whether or not you can ever get a raise or what you have to do in order to qualify for it, unfortunately not everyone can have full time

    Advice to Management

All employees of U-Haul are willing to work harder and smarter in order to be compensated further, we just need to devise a plan for opportunities for people to grow so that they can stay loyal and work at U-Haul for the long-haul while feeling like their work is valued
