    I worked at U.S. Army Reserve part-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

    Paid for college, met life long friends, VA Loan for first home, travel, and served country

    Cons

    Pay is not so great, takes you away from your family, and there is always a possibility of war.

    Advice to Management

    Raises for the soldiers would be great
