I have been working at U.S. Army Reserve part-time for more than 8 years

      Pros

Many people entering adulthood are uncertain what they want to do with the rest of their lives. Army service provides you with the opportunity to do something worthwhile while you assess your life interests and priorities.

      Cons

Deployments and field exercises make family life difficult. Mission can get a little tedious but still an awesome organization. It is just the great part time job. I love my job!

      Advice to Management

Veterans are one of the best people to hire since they have the determination and motivation to to work hard base on their experience of "getting the job done".
