    Big Army will screw you over at any opportunity available. More than 1 weekend a month and typically a 3 week Annual Training.

    Wonderful Benefits that offer insurance plans with low premiums and low deductibles. Great Benefits for continuing education. Room for advancement.

    Cons

    Work/Life Balance issues. Many hours worth of work that are not paid during the month. Leadership changes often lead to problems months down the line.

    Advice to Management

    Being aware of the conditions of your soldiers is more important than metrix and bureaucracy. Your soldiers will respect your presence more than your authority.
