    Flexible schedule, ability to transfer teams internally, 40-45 hour weeks, work life balance is decent, no travel

    Cons

    Internal promotions based off years of experience usually, routine and at times mind numbing tasks performing the same testing throughout all audit engagements, reporting deadlines have very little flexibility.
