I have been working at U.S. Bank full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

The company is very socially conscience with support for LGBTQ, military (former & current), flexible work location (dependent upon position,) pension and stock options

    Cons

The healthcare benefits are quite lacking for both medical and dental. The premiums are on the higher end with lower end benefits.

    Advice to Management

Raise the amount of contribution to either the HSA or to the monthly premiums for healthcare and dental.
