    The program is very structured and has a lot of opportunity to grow professionally. Lots of free lunches and they really want to help you succeed.

    good support from HR as well as department I was placed in

    Cons

    return offers are hit or miss. Some got good job offers while some good offers that paid peanuts with little room for advancement
