    Pros

    Great pay and benefits. Customers are great, great tools to add lines and such are given that most carriers don't give.

    Cons

    Lots of busy work even for those who don't need. Minimal recognition for success. Work life balance is okay but most weekend are working days

    Advice to Management

    It's sales, hire sales persons not people who can't sell and give them busy work.
