    Pros

As a leader in the company your ideas are valued. The culture is values based in general. They are very big on promoting within and giving ample career advancement opportunities.

    Cons

The leaders that lead by example get the best results, those that sit in their offices and expect better results form their teams so not. My experience shows that the employee experience is based on the skills of their direct leaders.

I have been working at U.S. Cellular full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Your in-store is your best asset. Benefit package is outstanding.....for retail. Air-conditioning (well..)

    Cons

Life work balance sucks. It feels like you shoulder all the responsibility in the organization. Long days are often, and sometimes without a break. Stores seem to always be understaffed. You almost never get a weekend off.

    Advice to Management

A business model to "feed off the big guys" is no business model.
