    Changes in commission, work more earn less in the direction this company is heading and inability to make your own decisions about how to sell is irritating.

    If you give people a little bit of freedom to determine what their strengths are in sales and allow them to use them, you will be surprised at how well they excel.

    Amazing culture, you are truly more than a number.. We treat our customers like we care for them and want them to stay with us forever.

    Cons

    Small fish in a big pond. Small network that gets taken advantage of in larger markets. Culture at the headquarters isn't the greatest, in the field it is amazing!
