    Pros

    Great team atmosphere, very supportive BASM's. Young and very collaborative in nature. Major freedom.

    Cons

    Major freedom, means that you need to know the services in order to do your job. They will not babysit you.

    Advice to Management

    Provide a better on boarding program that helps executives learn how to do their jobs better.

    Challenging work, supportive peers and leaders, great salary and benefits - all of the perks of a bigger companies with a smaller company vibe!

    Cons

    Limited room for growth in the field environments if you're not able/willing to relocate.

    Excellent pay and benefits for the area, amazing culture and opportunity for growth.

    Cons

    Schedule, however this is always a con for a call center environment.

    Senior leadership (Ceo level) needs to be more transparent with employees.

    Pros

    Pay, benefits and career building. Very lucrative commission pay scale and structure. Unlimited uncapped earning potential. I made over 65000 my first year with the company.

    Cons

    Unfavorable scheduled hours, long days. Long nights. Unpredictable and inconsistent schedules. Holiday hours. They mostly hire leadership from outside and never promote within.

    Advice to Management

    Promote within, internally.

    Pros

    Continual change in new and iconic devices, accessories, promotions, business approach - each week and/or month can be unique. Low manual labor - mainly helping teach and give feedback to others growth and development.

    Cons

    Retail hours can be difficult to work around family/kid events. At times, quotas don’t seem balanced across the stores. The company tends to be a jack of all trades but a master of none which can be distracting to the overall goal of driving business results and serving customers.

    Advice to Management

    Consider different hours for different areas/stores. Not all stores share the same traffic and customer needs. Consider focusing the retail channel specifically on 3 items to deliver results rather than multiple strategies and approaches.
