    Pros

    Great working enviroment, positive and supportive management. Career pathing is always a possibility! Hope to be a lifer at US Cellular.

    Cons

    Being in sales and starting quotas over every month can be very stressful. You do get a base rate, but I depend a lot on my commission.

    Advice to Management

    I really don't have any. Best company I have ever worked for.

    I worked at U.S. Cellular full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Maybe if they cut their losses and sold out. Pay scale is alright but you have to pay to keep your employees selling terrible service.

    Cons

    Absolute joke. I feel bad for the customers that have to use their terrible service. Pay as much as Verizon but get a 1/4 the service and technology.

    Advice to Management

    Close the doors
