    Pros

You get paid the same, no matter what you do. Easiest job I've ever had. Five weeks vacation and sick leave. Addistional overtime, night differential, and holiday pay. Plenty of overtime. Opportunities to move.

    Cons

Insufficient staffing. No training. No input on job performance. You can be shipped to another plant and another shift on short notice.
