    Steady employment. Self satisfying achievement. Truly not for everyone. Nepotistic hierarchy. Not friendly highly competitive ,unreasonable expectations. really not enough Pros to fill this category

    Under staffed ,no support from supervision,blind eye to industry failures,limited authority in most situations,extreme work pace, long hours,depressing management attitude,condescending hierarchy,bloody ,smelly ,risky , degrading work environment.

    Pros

    Enjoyed working with the people and the agency. The upper management helps train you with a lot of the process and creates a comfortable work environment.

    Cons

    Long hours and not a lot of flexibility. Sometimes you have to travel a lot and you have to go to different plants, which makes it hard if you have a family.
