      Cons

Very niche. Everything is regulations and "rules" driven so one must like to follow the rules.

      Pros

Generally stable as federal government. Some nice, talented, and dedicated people. Good benefits like the rest of federal gov. Work-life balance can be OK, but depends on supervisor.

      Cons

Politics, weak leaders who don't stand up for their employees when it matters. They don't genuinely care, and that lack of care and authenticity shows. Hard to move around because of nepotism, so you could get stuck in some role or pigeonholed easily.
