    The doctors and patients are great.

    Cons

    Center Mamangers turns employee against each other. Has certain employee telling on other employees and is a bully!

    Advice to Management

    You need to listen to your employees when the have considers and not send personal to check on the morale. Then sweep their compliants under the rug.

    Currently undergoing transition of systems and management to Concentra who acquired USHW Feb. 2018 - once complete the organization will be strong

    Cons

    Staff and provider retention and turnover, limited training, fragmented communication
