    Pros

    The Recruiting Team was an absolute joy to work with. We had a strong team leader that didn't micromanage and always made sure to praise you when you met your goals. I cannot give enough praise to my co-workers. They were such a fun team, and they will be sorely missed. Great company to work for!

    Cons

    Communication was slow with upper-management.

    Currently undergoing transition of systems and management to Concentra who acquired USHW Feb. 2018 - once complete the organization will be strong

    Staff and provider retention and turnover, limited training, fragmented communication
