      Pros

Direct supervisors/managers are wonderful. Helpful, caring and patient. Wonderful work environment.

      Cons

Upper management, the ones who never see the clinics, make decisions with no regard for patient care. Not replacing staff when they leave, expecting that the remaining staff can continue to take care of more and more patients with less staff. This puts patients at risk, but they don't care, as long as their "numbers" look good.

      Pros

Great work environment with friendly co-workers. Days were long and mundane but the people always made it much better.

      Cons

Medical work is what it is. Can be incredibly monotonous at times transcribing so many doctor notes. Would recommend some experience before starting.

      Pros

Provides services needed by the majority of businesses. The work environment is conducive to a relaxed atmosphere. Most employees are easy to get along with.

      Cons

Mediocre base with no room for negotiation during hiring process. No incentive to maintain current accounts. No bonus paid for up selling current accounts.
