    I worked at U.S. Nonwovens Corp full-time

    Pros

they are no reasons you should work at this company endless you just want to try and put some money in your pocket as part time and not even

    Cons

Oh, where do I begin? Everything comes from the top. The bosses/CEO create this toxic culture that trickles down to the department heads, and the department heads, which lead to them treating their employees like crap. This then creates a general atmosphere of toxicity and fear. Everyone is on edge, talk in secret, throw each other under the bus frequently, and are afraid to take responsibility.
If you are someone that does not have a backbone, stay as far away as possible. If you are someone that doesn't mind confrontation, you'll be in aggressive fights daily. If you are a person who don't like seeing people being bully and don't want to be bull your self. Stay away as far as you can.

The boss/CEO, Shervin, is a bully (in every sense of the word). He is literally THE WORST BOSS ever. He has NO clue how to lead. He loves to treat others as if he's better than them. He micro-manages everyone in the company to the smallest detail. He has NO concern for his employees and will work them to the bone in an abusive atmosphere (including abusive language). He will be judged one day and then act like nothing happen while walking all over you like your a foot mat. And if you try to stand up to him he will cures you out or fired you on the spot while embarrassing you in front of other fellow coworker just to make a point that he is better then you.

The company is run by lying, stealing and cheating. CEO pins employees against each other and watches via email, then patronizes to have the last words. His decision-making is done out of anger and misconstrued information instead of the facts. Which he won't listen to if you are correct since he always have to be right and have last word. Will argue a point until he "wins", which shows his immaturity is similar to a 5 year old. He plays games with all his clients to try and trick them into making a deal against their will and in his favor.

There are no benefits. Zero health insurance, zero 401k matching, only a few paid holidays a year and very low salaries.

Turnover is extremely high. Company is unorganized because CEO doesn't let anyone else make decisions, so essentially he's running the whole company due to trust issues and need to micro manage. Therefore there are tons of mistakes which he makes employees take the blame for and cover up with lies.

You have to fight with HR to get the overtime money you worked hard for. They do a horrible job and never know what's going on. If you ask for help on harassment they'er go to is to don't talk to that person or walk away. A big part of their duties is to pay you, however they end up going through about 35 new HR employee within a year and they can't even do that effectively.

THEY LOVE TO BROKE THE MOST SWEET HARD WORKES

    Advice to Management

shut everything down and find someone to show how to really run a business from the bottom to the top

I have been working at U.S. Nonwovens Corp full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

This place will humble you and make you appreciate everything outside of work.

    Cons

This whole place is a con. Lies to get a contract. Using inferior material to create product. Speeding up production with complete disregard to product quality and packaging integrity. Coordinate transportation through shady brokers and substandard truck drivers of the lowest integrity.

All this cheap and bargain priced, private labeled "crap", created for you by the unsanitary hands of illegal immigrants in a facility modeled after the conditions of a 1920's sweatshop.

    Advice to Management

Fire yourself and hire someone of the exact opposite.

No sick days offered-- you must take this out of your vacation time. No health coverage- you must pay full price.

Management KNOWs about these bad reviews and they don't care. My advice to the COMPANIES that HIRE USN is to stop giving them business.

    I worked at U.S. Nonwovens Corp full-time

    Pros

There are no reasons you should work for this company.

    Cons

The only "good" reviews on here are fake. The CEO forces you to write good reviews about the company. Don't believe any of them.

CEO's method for "leading" is by threatening, yelling and cursing at you and telling you you're worthless, until you quit - then calls you back the next day and begs for you to come back.

Upper management (which really just means the CEO) are incredibly selfish people. The other VP's have no dignity within the company and offer no support for their colleagues. They are just the CEO's b*tches.

The company is run by lying, stealing and cheating. CEO pins employees against each other and watches via email, then patronizes to have the last words. Keep away from this toxic, hostile, unhealthy work environment.

    Advice to Management

No matter how wrong they are, they will never take any advice - this section is meaningless.

    Advice to Management

Pack it up, close shop and retire
