The organization has good relationships with Fortune corporations as well as other smaller companies.
When you first start, there isn't any real training. You kind of figure things out on your own. When you ask a question the answer you get is "you figure it out." Plus there aren't any clear expectation or guidelines as to what you are supposed to be doing.
While they expect you to bring in results the organization does not have any clear goals at least not any that they share with lower level employees so you are left to wonder as to what exactly you are trying to achieve.
They do not really care about employees opinions and believe that they actually do know it all even if they are dead wrong. Their standard office practice is not standard office practice in any other organization.
If their board knew how they treat people then the CEO and upper management would be removed.
None. Unhealthy and uncommon office culture.
I don't work here for a long time, while I am still fed up with the odd and high pressure environment. The manager, especially the founder, really don't care about employee's personal life, feeling and whether it's comfortable to work in the office. People crying in the office is a normal thing in this company while I think that is way too weird and disgusting.

positive mission, good networking opportunities, relatively various business programs
micro-manageming, significant founder-symdrom, and unhealthy office culture
