    Pros

Have some good sites to work at (e.g Amazon, Kaiser, etc). Pay is good for some sites $12 to 15.25 per hour depending on post. Provided uniforms to borrow. Management can work around employee schedule. Less dangerous and better pay than an armored shuttle driver positon if assigned to a good post.

    Cons

Management is disorganized. Pay can go up or down if moved from post to another. Some posts can be a far drive to get to if assigned to.

    Advice to Management

Be more organized to your fellow employees. Let them know in a few days in advance about what you are planning for them. Most employees have lives outside of work.
