    Pros

Good pay, flexible hours, fun job sites, good fellow employees, good for on the job training for all types of private security

    Cons

Relying on other people to do there job and being understaffed although that is not a problem on management that is a problem with this line of work people can only make so much money not enough room for growth

    Advice to Management

More communication and add more management to help keep communication with guards and clients

I worked at U.S. Security Associates full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Started out great . Seem to me they wanted professional and trustworthy people. But I found out very quick the did not at Mccclane post.

    Cons

If u see your supervisor stealing or if someone also reported it to you, do not say anything because you will get reassign to another post and they will cover up for their thieving suppose to be supervisor.

    Advice to Management

If you are there to do a job for a client protect their merchandise and not your thieving employee. Stealing is stealing.

    I worked at U.S. Security Associates full-time

    Pros

    Very easy to get hired.

    Cons

For one, they always mess up your paycheck. In a span of 1 year they managed to shorten my check over 10 times, sometimes for hundreds. We had no off duty lunch and supervisors were switched every couple months.

  8. "They don't value their workers or even try to help out with financial difficulties"

I have been working at U.S. Security Associates full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

I wish there was something nice,to say after 4 years and $8.50 a hour they don't give a dam , a bout you or your wife & kids and your struggles its all , a bout being on top

    Cons

A lot of slick crazy, crap , and think that you stupid.

    Advice to Management

Stop being robbers and crooks , and pay people what they are worth. $15 a hour the bare minimum.

I have been working at U.S. Security Associates full-time

    Pros

    Plenty of over time available.

    Cons

Had to pay for uniforms, low low pay. No raises ! If other guards don't show you have to do everyone's work at same pay rate. No pay differential. At my post if Engineering doesn't show , then we do there job for them at only 11.50 an hr when they make 28 n up ! Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone ! Pay is always screwed up . Have to make several calls to get paid for PTO. Almost ready to call Better Business Bureau on them !!!!

    Advice to Management

Straighten out your department with the payroll ! Everyone's looking for other jobs at my place because there no extra pay when your other help comes in and you have to cover 3 people's jobs. Also incentives would be nice if someone deserves them. Your always short on h3lp because you don't pay enough .
