      Pros

It's an easy job, there aren't many other places that will pay you to do nothing for 12 hours.

      Cons

Management is a joke. Management won't even show up when a building is broken into so they don't really care about the contract or the people. They make promises they can't possibly keep just to string you along to suit their needs. Site managers have had to sit in client meetings in place of the upper management that was supposed to be there because they couldn't be bothered to show up. They will use confidential information to find your house and try to drag you back to work when your shift is over. Please avoid them at all costs!

      Pros

Easy job for decent pay. Can work full or part time in any area.

      Cons

No pay raises, Vacation policy sucks, you have to work over 4000 regular hours to use it. Thats going into 3 years for 40 hours or vacation pay. You pay for everything: ie; uniform, background check, license. Managment is very unorganized and forgetful.

Get a good site to work at.

      Pros

Can be an easy job. Just need to pay attention during training, and get along with workers at site.

      Cons

Some sites offer $8 an hour, and requires consant vigilance while some offer $10 an hour and minimal observation. Get a good site, and ask if there are any openings in other sites if you do not like yours.

Easy but long and boring with little pay.

      Pros

Easy job, great for independent people, or those who enjoy working with a team. Depending on the site and coworkers, you could enjoy it.

      Cons

You get moved from site to site(and shift to shift) depending on where you're needed. Only 2 uniforms are issued. Someone calls off and you have to cover their shift. If you have an emergency on shift, management is difficult to contact. Management only comes to site when absolutely necessary. High turnover rate and hiring replacements takes a long time.

      Extremely Unprofessional

      Pros

Easy Job and travel to job site is within the city limits. Not a far drive at all.

      Cons

Low Pay and very inconsistent. I've worked for them for 3 weeks now, have showed up for work twice when they scheduled someone else to work my schedule. Office is over an hour an half away and they want employees to drive into the office for pay cards that should've already been received. No ones been paid on time and it will now be another 3-5 days for these cards to be mailed out. No posted schedule on site at the job. No one knows the schedule. no on site supervisor. I think Gomer Pyle runs this company.

      Pros

This job is a great if you want to get some experience in. It's an extremely easy job to do. Just observe and report. It can be boring, but it's easy money.

      Cons

Called into work a lot, unprofessional interviews (they literally just offered employment without asking anything about me), the drug test is ghetto, they will place you anywhere they need you at, and they will decrease your pay rate (or increase) depending on what post you're at. The biggest downside is the pay overall. Its not worth being a Security when you are a literal body bag deterrent.

      Cons

Benefits are not great. Corp. can be disorganized. Vacation pay is not very motivating. (40hr payout with perfect attendance which is impossible cause of client holidays)
