they were nice people, but there are absolutely no other pros for this company

where to start.. i went in for an interview all went well, i sent my follow-up email, received no response, reached out weeks later to be told that they’d reach out to me in the coming days. weeks went on and still haven’t heard any feedback whether i did or did not get the job. emails i sent across were ignored. nothing about this was professional or acceptable in my opinion. I find their company to be very rude and careless. this was very upsetting for me.

Pros

Pros: Some coworkers actually care about keeping their jobs and are decent people. Company provides multiple uniforms. Above minimum wage pay.

Cons

Allentown office doesn't care about their workers. They're trying to reduce our pay just so they can keep the contract with the client at a lower price. So now the guards that have been making ten dollars an hour will have their pay reduced if they stay. This is their second attempt at trying to reduce the pay. The first time was supposedly because someone made an error in the billing between the company and the client company. So the guards have to suffer for one of their mistakes. Many newer hires and some older ones don't care about the job and get away with murder while the hard workers are scrutinized for making minor mistakes here and there. Every mistake made results in a waste-of-paper memo that we all have to sign off on about the rules and regulations of the site.

Flexible work schedule, worst job ever, no other pros.

Cons

Must work holidays, no raises, no bonuses, obamacare is better health insurance than here, It robs you of your soul here, and no chance for promotions

Pros

The pros are unbelievable, some of the best people you will ever meet are in security, serve and protect the industries to prevent vandalism, terrorism, theft, altercations, etc... to be the eyes and ears that prevent unstable behavior give you a sense of accomplishment.... that's a 5 star pros, the people are respectful, in front and strict ... which is a high priority in private security

Cons

One con I can't talk enough about is the pay, the pay, the pay...why does upper management not understand we are under paid, in poverty.... 10.00 an hour for the comfort and protection + insurance write offs to many different corporations around the world, we put the safety of the employees in the work force before ourselves , we looked down apon like any law enforcement until something happens , I believe pay needs to be addressed immediately...
