I have been working at U.S. Soccer Federation

    Pros

Some leagues offer great pay. You can get as many games as you want. The more flexible you are the better games you will receive.

I have been working at U.S. Soccer Federation

    Pros

Very flexible times and dates to work. Good salary for the actual amount of work required. Does not require too much commitment.

    Cons

Hard to move to new referee grades and the work can be limited to the season (spring and fall) dependent on the level of the referee.
