    Pros

The team I worked with was by far the greatest team I have ever worked with! Team players working together to help the company grow as a whole.

    Cons

IT IS ALOT of work.... but the amount you learn has no price. House Counsel for this company is an amazing team!

    Advice to Management

Do more team activities and boost the moral more!

    I worked at UAIG full-time

    Pros

Good benefits, nice employees, easy access to work from just about anywhere in the area. Some employees have been there for many years. They allow close family members to join the company. Owner is a super nice person, loved by everyone - kudos to Mr. P.

    Cons

Very disorganized from the very top, higher management is not aware of the daily on-goings of the office. Work loads are unevenly distributed in just about all departments, lack of communication between management and employees, resignation policies are not professional (when people resign, most of the time, they are dismissed on the spot and escorted out of the building, REGARDLESS of how long they've been employed there!)

    Advice to Management

Please take a closer look at how the entire organization is managed, and be more transparent with your employees. Middle and lower management/supervisors need to be more professional
