    Pros

    Family environment, room for growth.

    Cons

    There really arent alot of cons. The cafeteria closes at 1:30pm and the food options for purchase are usually the same

    There is a great/steep, learning curve.

    Cons

    Needs better management, low regards for customer service, lack employee appreciation, and lacks professionalism.

    Needs improvement.

    I worked at UAIG full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    At this point there is no reason to go to work there. They are laying off the great majority of their workers

    Cons

    Promisses were never kept. Projects were terminated without warning. Large number of jobs were outsourced to India.

    Advice to Management

    Skilled proffesionals must be rewarded and their skills can't be replaced in a weeks time. The people you still employ are excential for any possible future. Take care of them.

    Pros

    Good to get experience in the courtroom. Good job for a few years but not long-term.

    Cons

    No room for growth. Hectic schedule. Almost impossuble to get raises. Uneven pay amongst employees.

    Pros

    Small company. Great coworkers. Good location.

    Cons

    Pay is well below competitors, company does not invest in its employees, micro-management is the culture, and they have no confidence in their employees

    Advice to Management

    Allow your employees to do the job you hired them to do. Get some people skills and learn to be leaders not bosses. There is a huge difference between the two.
