    Pros

    Beautiful location in Vancouver, colleagues are nice people

    Cons

    Housing is expensive around campus. Public transit isn't too bad though.

    I worked at UBC full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

    If you like helping patients gain quick access to therapy this is the company for you. Benefits like 401k and paid time off are a definite bonus.

    Cons

    Work life balance is sometimes a struggle to maintain. There is a lot of change within the organization but management is great about communication and how it affects not only employees but stakeholders

    Decent wages, M-F, Off by 5, great benefits.

    Cons

    Management is constantly changing and if your looking for a company to grown in this is not the place.

    I have been working at UBC full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Good benefits. Shifts are good if you are able to pick a set shift. Offers tuition reimbursement.

    Cons

    Inexperience program managers. Programs are not dependable depending on who is managing them. Have to work a 10-7 rotation.
