    Compensation was on the higher side, though they began to limit contractor rates to a particularly low level
    Career opportunity

    Cons

    Disappointed in their exodus to the Weehawken, NJ location. A poor choice given transportation difficulties.

    More on the ground analysis for corporate functions

    Great first job post college, plenty of challenges.

    Cons

    Leadership can be mercurial. We had overtime as needed, and it was removed without any reduction in work load and no notice.

    Age-old company with lagging infrastructure and way too many bottlenecks which stymies growth, innovation and disruption.

    Realize the potential of the new exciting world out there before new businesses eat out every pie of your business!
