    Pros

    UBS has a high focus on encouraging diversity of people, thoughts and ideas. They empower employees to challenged the status quo, everyone has a voice.There are many opportunities to get involved in various projects. It's a very positive environment with a good amount of transparency and a high level of collaboration across the organization. You know what you do and how it contributes to the over all goals of the firm.

    Cons

    For me, the reverse commute across the Hudson.

    the research its mind blowing, some very knowledgeable people ,

    some bureaucracy and if you are not Swiss, very hard to move higher in the company
