I have been working at UBS full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Biggest wealth manager in the world, well resourced in terms of systems and applications. Sets industry standards and trends.

    Cons

People can be whiney. Not a paymaster. High turnover. Lack of attractive retention benefits (e.g. a one-time additional 1 day paid leave for serving 5 years)

    Advice to Management

Listen and Give the people you value the requisite support, be it front or back office functions. The team is only as strong as its weakest link.
