    It opens many opportunities for future career and it is also very good for own development.

    Teamwork can be difficult if teams are spread across the globe. Infra-structure needs to improve.

    Great people and they look after you with benefits. If you come in from outside the organisation pay is exceptionally good versus peers.

    Cons

    Painful to work your way up the ladder once you're in and changes are hard to get budget for unless it's mandatory or of client interest vs FTE Benefit

    Pros

    Great colleagues and approachable management. Highly challenging and motivating environment. Clear transparent message from the management throughout the year which helps to set your objectives right.

    Cons

    Non-competitive pay, less job security. Frequently Changing environment, cost and revenue is not analysed correctly. Rewards and recognition is very low.

    Flexible working from home arrangements, interesting variety of work and projects to get involved in. Generally nice culture for a bank in London

    Cons

    Slow to make decisions and overly consensual. Far to much bureaucracy which slows down implementation of new ideas. Very focused on cost savings

    Pros

    Good work-life balance; mid-level compensation; less stressed environment than the US banks. Wonderful environment to learn and progress. You will be proud to work there!

    Cons

    Some flux in senior management and feeling of gloom remains, but the gloom is more of a structural issue for the whole industry rather than just UBS.
