      Pros

Seniors have become very cautious of junior time. There is more attention paid to this by very senior executives than when I started

      Pros

Really smart colleagues. Really enjoy the work environment. Culturally diverse and the company encourages inclusion.

      Cons

Promotions follow seniority more frequently than talent or work quality. It can be easy to get stuck because if you change teams, you start at the bottom of the promotion rank (this is not official policy). Expectations of very long hours are frequent and efficiency must be high. Training is very hands on and informal.
