I worked at UCLA part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Very liberal with working from home policies. I really enjoyed the work I did, I learned a ton about research, and I worked with some great people too. Definitely a valuable experience.

    Cons

Not much to complain about, it's a paid college research position so you know what you're getting yourself into when you apply for it. I wouldn't change too much about my experience.

    Advice to Management

Honestly, I wouldn't give management any advice other than to keep doing what they're doing, because they're good at what they do.

Some of the courses are of too much load and may influence your own research.

    Advice to Management

The working load and pay for different courses are quite different. So it might need more considerations.
