      Pros

Important work is being done there. Everyone there is a film lover and if you are too you will fit right in. Pretty laid back atmosphere like a library.

      Cons

The pay isn't so great and there never seems to be enough budget to make improvements. Difficult to change pay grades and you will cap out over time.

        Pros

The work environment wasn't too stressful and cooperation was promoted. In addition, the hours were flexible and I was able to work around my university classes.

        Cons

The work was usually mundane and the pay was not much compared to other jobs in the LA area.

      Senior Manager

I am hopeful I’ll get an offer soon. I have an upcoming 10-day trip in 2 months and am wondering when is the right time to bring it up/negotiate time off: When they send me the offer? If yes, do I tell HR or try to reach out to the manager? When I start the job? A few days after I start?
