    1. Friendly employees. Peer group and even seniors are friendly to listen and help when required.

    Cons

    1. Suitable trained employees to sit in controlling offices.
    2. Training gaps.
    3. Blind push for cost cutting.
    4. Bad asset quality due to erroneous lending practices.

    Good job location with nothing else good about this job.

    Cons

    Inefficient management, saddist attitude, non-cooperative nature, no work-life balance, bossism, huge work pressure, lesser pay than other good banks

    Stop being saddistic about your employees. They are too human beings wanting a normal satisfying life.

    Pros

    Less workload as compared to other bigger PSU banks.
    PAN india presence specially in rural areas.
    Technically sound and secure bank to deal your money with.

    Cons

    Promotion policy and HRM policy sucks like hell .
    Reservation is taking this place down trend.
    People rather being hard working they spend their time or service wasting on unwanted things .

    Advice to Management

    Give chances to talent rather than your yes Man! Also, start using your good resources wisely or else they'll leave soon ...

    Salary and benefits like medical and leave are good. Good work life balance at low managerial level

    Worst transfer policy. Whims and fancies of top management will take you for a ride unless if you are from west bengal.

    I am sure you will make this bank be merged and lose its identity
