    Pros

It's friendly, has a lot of new holistic views, people are cognizant that teamwork is the only way things can proceed.

There is some advancement of others that may not necessarily need it,

I worked at UCSF Medical Center and UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospitals full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

lots of smart people running around, some good research being done, interesting patients from many cultures

    Cons

Residents and fellows do not have the same health insurance options as other hospital employees. departmental and hospital administration very bureaucratic and the place is very hierarchical with many big egos and people sometimes being self serving (looking out after own interests instead of helping each other and the patients)

    Advice to Management

decrease the number of unnecessary rules and regulations and emphasize common courtesy and teamwork instead of expecting people lower in the hierarchy to just act like indentured servants to the people with more rank and power

    Pros

Super friendly staff , with a family feel of co workers

Hospitality overworks & abuses its employees with little regard or rewards when they do . Management is very cutthroat and unaware of what actually takes place amongst its employees . If your union you will get away with not working as management is afraid to correct them .
