    Neutral Outlook

I worked at UFC Gym full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

    The gym has nice amenities.

    Cons

UFCGYM is poorly managed from the upper tier management in corporate office. From the President on down. It is evident as many top tier employees left for other fitness brands due to this factor. They are not genuine in how they treat employees and are all about the $.

I have been working at UFC Gym full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

They get you good training in multiple certs.

    Cons

They force you to meet sales yet under cut them selves and you by letting other non certified people or group trainers train under the table as long as they are cool with management. Not as flexible work/life balance when they force you to get clients off the clock. you end up feeling like the only way you can make it is by training under the table like most there do :(
