      Everyone was very friendly and there were plenty of opportunities to move up in the company.

      This company gives everybody a great opportunity to move up into higher positions as well as providing full benefits and 401K match.

      Lumber business is good. Insurance is good.

      Long hours on salary for college graduates. Pay is nothing for the hours you put in.

      Great people to work with, really good knowledgeable managers who help their employees, decent health benefits, and easy going atmosphere.

      Cons

      Pay could be better especially for the general laborers, long hours expect to work at least 60hrs a week and Saturdays during the busy season, high turnover rate.
