Pros
People work at doing the right thing for each other, for their customer and for the company. In that order.
Cons
I can't honestly call out anything. Some have said that the newish return to office policy is unfair, but I can honestly tell you that if, pre-pandemic, I had been told you can work from home two days a week I would've been doing cartwheels. So I'm not going to complain now. No complaints from me.
