Great people, Tons of perks, PTO, Free Food, Events, etc. Great culture, as long as you don't end up on one or two teams.
Cons
You're working in the grown up version of High School. Things are super cliquey, promotions are based more on how "cool" you are with people above you than they are on your merits. Pay is extremely low compared to other large agencies in the area. While you will meet some amazing people who do not take themselves too seriously, you are going to run into some people who will view you as a means to another promotion. Certain teams are so far up their own behinds, that they can't understand why they have such a negative reputation in the office. Professionalism is important, but treating employees like adults is just as important. Looking at you sideways for leaving at 5:05 after work is done, micromanaging, being scolded for having the audacity to enjoy the work activities put on by UM and it's clients and partners. If you are lucky enough to go into the right team, you could be looking at a long and fruitful career. If you are unlucky enough to end up on one of the bad ones, and you will be so broken down you might want to leave the industry all together.
