Experience varies by account, but my current account is highly demanding and requires long hours. Pay is terrible and is not aligned with amount worked. Practically no benefits. This company will work you to the bone and leave you little to show for it (at least at the jr levels)

Long hours. If you're looking for work life balance - this might not be the best fit No onboarding or training programs for new hires. Sink or swim mentality. EVERYTHING is done manually via spreadsheets and archaic systems. No investment in technology to help make junior staff life more efficient. Little involvement from leadership in developing and nurturing junior staff. Little investment in training and development programs to help develop mid-level talent. There's a lack of "fun" activities. Culture is not great. No fruits or healthy snacks are provided. Internal politics and in-fighting is distracting Turnover is high

- Discretionary time off (DTO) is nice if you have a manager willing to let you take it. - Happy hour on Thursdays - Competitive agencies will gladly poach you

- Exploitative of younger/lower-level workers, lowest pay of any SF agency - Senior management takes no accountability for mistakes, lower-level employees often take the fall/get fired - Hard work/long hours often overlooked, you really have to make your work visible because management will never feel obligated to pay attention. - cutthroat work environment - Heavy favoritism - Superficial culture of "inclusivity"
