    Working as a per diem employer, it takes some time to try to advance in getting a full time position .

    I have been working at UMC part-time

    Pros

    They really work with your schedule, are so encouraging, and really want you to learn from your time there.

    Cons

    It is difficult when you go to a floor you don't often go to and have to relearn how the floor works.
