    Pros

    There are many opportunities for education and professional development. Benefits (health, PTO/EIB, 403b) was pretty good compared to other places.

    Cons

    Low pay and low raises.

    Working as a per diem employer, it takes some time to try to advance in getting a full time position .

    Had a lot of opportunity to work overtime shifts.

    Very long hours and very unsafe job.

    Team work is good, freely talk and share ideals with each other,
    Higher level managers are dedicated on technology development.

    Cons

    Pay is not compatible compare to tire 1 company.
    Loading between different team may be huge.

    Pros

    coworkers are friendly and hard working towards their job. Meetings were human and timeefficient. Company organized to provide lunch and break schedule

    some equipments can be updated. Few of the human testin can be automized and save resources. Hard to move up the ladder
