    Pros

    Working hours is flexible. Colleagues are nice.

    Cons

    Too many meetings and meeting is also too long. Working very long hours

    Advice to Management

    Try to make company culture working smart not hard.

    Working as a per diem employer, it takes some time to try to advance in getting a full time position .

    Team work is good, freely talk and share ideals with each other,
    Higher level managers are dedicated on technology development.

    Pay is not compatible compare to tire 1 company.
    Loading between different team may be huge.

    They really work with your schedule, are so encouraging, and really want you to learn from your time there.

    Cons

    It is difficult when you go to a floor you don't often go to and have to relearn how the floor works.
