I worked at UMUC full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The people, professional environment, and even ambiance... Even though that sounds a bit strange! The facilities are all extremely up-dated and technology is second to none.

    Cons

Location is not metro-accessible and very difficult to get to if you don't have a car. I probably would not have accepted a job there if I didn't have one.

I have been working at UMUC part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Having taught courses for a number of different schools both ground and online, it's nice to work with a place like UMUC that does it right. Instructors are treated fairly, our opinions are valued, and compensation is fair (at least for the discipline in which I teach).

    Cons

None -- I love it here. Only wish I could get in full time

    Advice to Management

    None

    Advice to Management

Management should consider more aggressive methods of increasing the reputation of the school and its degrees.
