    not really any cons, maybe having to park far instead of having access to any of the employee lots when working.

      I have been working at UMass Lowell part-time for more than 2 years

      Pros

      Loved my coworkers, working with students is always a highlight and I feel as if I gained valuable skills to further my career.

      Cons

      Academia superiority complexes rear their heads all the time. A lot of co-workers will speak over me due to lack of a PhD and my younger age.

      Good benefits for not a lot of work (dependent on what building you're assigned to)

      So many people on campus want the job - they make it clear you're easily replaceable. Stressful situations occasionally come up
