    Work can be sometimes demanding

    The pros is they pay for room and food

    Cons

    You work in a way 24 hours since you are in charge in case of an emergency no matter what.

    decisions changes without noticing and they didn't pay for my skilled as PhD student

    My advisor is great, as a RA, I could settle down for research without worry about stipend

    Nothing to complain for RA position

    -Great Communication with Co-workers .
    -Enjoyed interacting with the Faculty and Staff.
    -Enjoyed the daily challenges of the job.

    Cons

    -Management needs to value their employees and not demean them.

    Advice to Management

    Listen to your staff all of the staff and not just to those who agree with you... All sides.

    You get the opportunity to work with a professor's lab.

    You don't have a lot of resources since most of the labs have very limited funding.
