I worked at UMass Lowell part-time

    Pros

A lovely place to work. A small town, a small university. I felt very comfortable to study and work here.

    Cons

Faculty do not have enough funding to support their graduate students. Some classes are awful. Undergraduate students don not have much chance to participate in research projects.

    Advice to Management

This university needs more faculty. Undergraduate students should have more opportunities to participate in research projects.
