    lots of opportunity to find professors. Very nice lab facilities

    Cons

    limited to 20 hours a week for undergraduate

    Flexible schedule, able to work remotely. College paid for professional development. Supervisors want to see their employees progress and reach their goals.

    Clocking in and out. Paying for parking.

    Beware of tenured folks who are catty
    Expensive to park on campus

    Pay attention to the depts with a lot of turnover and look closely at who is the leader.
