    Pros

    The staff is very community oriented and looks after each other. The customer service that we provide is quite god and pay is competitive at all levels.

    Cons

    Schedules can get a bit swamped, but nobody is penalized for needing to practice self care.

    Excellent learning and adaptive environment.
    Flexible work hours.
    Great experience with grading exams and managing the class.

    Cons

    Being an online class, it lacks the student interaction which would have been very helpful.
