    Pros

    My supervisor there was great. You can take chances to explore other organizations and activities if you can make good connection with people there.

    Cons

    The whole environment in IBE was too serious, a little bit depressive.

    -lots of responsibilities for an intern/consultant
    -great experience

    Cons

    -disorganized
    -HQ oftentimes unresponsive
    -lots of buraucracy

    Pros

    Staff hails from all over the world, and there are some really smart professionals from different sectors. Access to meetings, summits, and conferences are a great plus.

    Cons

    It's an unpaid UN internship, so it will put a pretty big dent in your pocket. Also, UNESCO can be bureaucratic.

    Advice to Management

    Pay your interns! Paris is not a cheap city, and you may actually welcome a diverse intern class.

    Potential for growth, especially for young staff.

    Cons

    Hyper-bureaucratic, poor management, lack of career opportunities. Organization in financial crisis. Primary concern is survival, not to achieve results.
