    Pros

    - The mission and the benefits. - Great mission and meeting some truly amazing people.

    Cons

    - Heavy white and privileged culture - Very top heavy and bureaucratic organization, condescending work culture - No direction, competing priorities - You must play the game - Regional offices often get little to no support - Competitive and stepping on people to get ahead - Salary and benefits below industry standards - Backbiting and unprofessional at times - A lot of lipservice

    Advice to Management

Be more transparent and honest with your employees. Stop wasting donors dollars. Practice what you preach.
