    Cons

Construction nearby is sometimes loud, but will finish soon.

I have been working at UNISSANT full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

There is a lot of learning in the company. Love the team spirit and sense of camaraderie. Definitely love the flexibility they offer, which helps me manage my mom duties and work responsibilities. The management takes an acute interest in promoting a friendly work culture where everyone is treated with respect and are always available for guidance and mentoring.

    Cons

The open parking garage to the building is a pain to walk to in bad weather conditions!

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the good work!

I have been working at UNISSANT full-time

    Pros

Clean, climate controlled, normal 8-5 schedule. No other pros.

    Cons

    No opportunity for advancement.
No pay increases, be it merit nor cost of living.
Management goes to great lengths to leverage your experience and skill to their benefit to get more contracts. (So far as to REQUIRE your resume' be on THEIR letterhead!!)
    Lip-service and block-checking management.

    Advice to Management

Take care of your people, they're the source of your new contracts.

You offer jobs, not careers, and don't seem to recognize the difference. Fix this or remain a stepping stone for talented to people to move on to an actual career.

Don't just listen to your people, hear what they're telling you. If you don't, we'll quit telling you anything at all, except goodbye.

I have been working at UNISSANT full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Good work environment and convenient location. little bit problem with the parking area due to construction work. CEO is a nice person and reachable. Executive team is a hard working team.

    Cons

Benefits should have been better as the vacation policy bothers with no flexibility or advanced vacation. Finance manager is rude with bad attitude and manipulative! Monopoly is not good for the company culture and growth.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the good work and let the employees know of any changes happpening within the firm and give them the opportunity to speak out the issues/problems.

    Pros

Great CEO and Leadership team and there is a clear vision for the future. I really like how the Managers of every department (Finance, HR, Contracts, IT, Operations, and Growth) actively work to create a positive and collaborative work environment. Corporate culture is extremely important, and Unissant works hard to create a culture that is supportive, fun, flexible for work/life balance, and allows for growth for everyone in the company.

    Cons

None that I can think of
