I have been working at UNITE full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

The company has a good working atmosphere, overall it has a very positive feel, the departments work together not fight against each other. The company is market leader and activetly looking to maintain this lead.

    Cons

For myself the central Bristol location is not ideal, career progression can be limited in certian roles. Some business to business interactions can be improved.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the good work, keep the company focused on leading the market, keep improving the 'google' style working enviroment.

I have been working at UNITE full-time

    Pros

Continuously different. vast range of customers from all over the world. oppurtunity to learn and develop skills.

    Cons

Very limited career development even with programs in place.

    Advice to Management

Development has been looked at but oppurtunities are still not there. Management lack people management skills. Benefits for loyal employees should exceed new starters!!

    Pros

Living in the South of France in a safe Clean and international enviroment. Be able to travel across all of EMEA on bussiness and able to mix in a bit of pleasure.
Meeting very interesting people who are sucessful in the Technology arena.

The ability to contribute to the growth of the company and helping to shape it as it expands into other countires. Being part of a company that ensures that there is a cultural fit between old and new employee's.

Being on the cutting edge of technology with being a techie! Living in a tax free area in the sun !

    Cons

Growing the company in a location like Monaco does mean there is a lack of local talent to keep growing the company at a fast pace. Lot's of people locally do not work and I would say are on the wrong side of 40's.

Living in what is a Frech and Italian dominated place also means that you have to deal with those nationalities on a regular basis. This can be tough when there is a football tournement going on!!!

There also tends to be a bit of public transportation strikes during the busy time of summer. But they do tell you 2 months in advance!!!

    Advice to Management

    Expand into another countries faster
